Full Body Realignment

This treatment is a western interpretation of an ancient Japanese modality called Ashiatsu. The primary difference is that this version is done on a massage table using lotion. Instead of the single pressure point of traditional work, you will experience a deep pressure glide across the skin. This produces somatic adjustments of the spine rather than the forced blow or rapid thrust adjustments done by most chiropractors. The body adjusts when it is ready rather than when the bodyworker forces it to.

Hot Stone and Thai massage are incorporated into the technique to further enhance the healing qualities of the modality. The heated stones assist in loosening the fascia of the body to allow for further range of motion and deeper worker. Thai massage includes a variety of stretches to open up the joints and further lengthen the spine.
